Glen Meadows is an 85-bed nursing facility conveniently located in Fairfield Township at 3472 Hamilton-Mason Road. The facility is easily accessible to Bypass 4 and I-75 via the Butler County Regional Highway (Route 129). For ease and convenience, we are centrally located within 1 mile of Bethesda Butler Hospital, 6 miles of Mercy Fairfield Hospital and Ft. Hamilton Hospital, within 10 miles of UC West Chester Hospital and less than 20 minutes to Atrium Hospital.
