Therapy Success Story

When a resident comes to Glen Meadows for rehabilitation, our goal is to give them the tools to leave our facility with a higher quality of life, but it is also to give them the means for continued success once they return home. We love watching the hard work they put in and celebrating their victories with them!

We recently had the pleasure of caring for Mr. Basta. He was experiencing a decline in his health and required short-term therapy. After a long and hard decision, Mr. and Mrs. Basta decided on therapy at Glen Meadows so Mr. Basta could regain his strength and live a more self-efficient, comfortable life at home.



During his time with us, he worked hard with our therapy and nursing staff to reach all of his goals within a short period of time. He was smiling ear to ear when he was finally able to go home safely with his wife. He mentioned to us that all of his motivation during his stay was to just take it one day at a time. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your therapy journey!

Although we're sorry to see Mr. Basta leave, we're happy to see him heading home stronger and healthier. From all of us at Glen Meadows, we are very proud of you. Thank you for choosing our premier facility for your rehabilitation! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us!
